Music Must Go On is an ongoing digital exhibition designed to commemorate the life and legacy of Black Pittsburgh opera producer Mary Cardwell Dawson. Through a myriad of mediums, this project explores the life and legacy of Madame Dawson, her peers, and her pupils within the context of opera, history, and research.
